1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the vsRandom platform (vsrandom.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

vsRandom is a digital platform that provides tools for organizing transparent and verifiable random draws. Services include draws from social media comments, Lotto number generators, digital dice rolling and the issuance of unique QR-code digital verification certificates.

3. Permitted Use

vsRandom platform users agree to:

• Use the services solely for legal and ethical purposes
• Not manipulate or attempt to falsify draw results
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the platform
• Not automate access through scripts or bots without our written consent
• Not use the platform for fraudulent activities, deception, or illegal contests

4. Draw Transparency

Every draw made through vsRandom receives a unique identifier and an immutable digital certificate. vsRandom does not intervene in winner selection — the process is completely random, based on secure cryptographic algorithms. The draw organizer is responsible for fulfilling promises made to participants and complying with applicable legislation for contests and promotions.

5. Limitation of Liability

vsRandom provides its draw tools "as is", without express or implied warranties. The platform is not responsible for: disputes between organizers and participants, improper use of digital certificates, or losses and damages resulting from use of the service. vsRandom's maximum liability to any user is limited to the subscription value paid in the last 12 months.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the vsRandom platform — design, source code, logo, algorithms, texts, and graphics — are the exclusive property of vsRandom and are protected by Romanian and international copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without vsRandom's written consent is prohibited.

7. Modification of Terms

vsRandom reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the platform. Continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of Romania.

• Draw data: draw results (participant names, winners, prizes) — stored locally in your browser or on the organizer's server
• Contact data: email address and message if you use the contact form
• Statistics data: number of article views (without personal identification)

3. Purpose of Processing

• Providing draw services and issuing digital certificates
• Verifying draw authenticity via QR codes
• Preventing abuse and fraudulent use of the platform
• Improving services based on anonymous statistics
• Responding to support requests submitted through the contact form

4. Legal Basis

Data processing is based on: (a) contract performance (service provision), (b) vsRandom's legitimate interest in fraud prevention, and (c) explicit user consent where applicable.

5. Data Storage and Security

Draw data is stored primarily in the user's local browser (localStorage). Draws saved on the server are encoded using XOR + Base64 algorithms with obfuscated fields. We do not store passwords or financial data. Our servers are protected by HTTPS connections, firewalls, and continuous monitoring. Contact data submitted through the contact form is stored for a maximum of 90 days.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: obtaining a copy of the personal data held
• Rectification: correcting inaccurate data
• Erasure: requesting deletion of data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: receiving data in a structured, readable format
